Exterior: there are some easily noticeable scuff marks and scratches that can be seen on the top, bottom, and sides; the corner protectorss have some scuff marks and scratches from typical use; the "Harmony Cases" logo plate is missing from the front side...you can see there is a large hole there with two screw holes on both sides where the plate was meant to be
